Welcome to All Thingz Clean LLC! By accessing or using our website, booking a service, or interacting with our business, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services
All Thingz Clean LLC provides professional cleaning services including residential, commercial, and move-in/move-out cleaning. Service details, pricing, and scheduling will be confirmed prior to your appointment.

2. Payments
Payment is due upon completion of service unless stated otherwise in your agreement or invoice. Accepted payment methods include: Paypal & Venmo
Late payments may result in additional fees or paused services.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a $50 fee.
Rescheduling is subject to availability.

4. Access to Property
You must ensure our team has access to your property at the scheduled time. Failure to provide access may result in a fee of 50% of the total service cost.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you’re not satisfied with any part of your cleaning, contact us within 24 hours. We will return to re-clean the area at no additional charge.
Refunds are not typically issued once services are completed.

6. Health & Safety
Please notify us of any hazardous conditions or health concerns before your appointment. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe.

7. Personal Belongings
All Thingz Clean LLC is not responsible for damage to items due to pre-existing conditions, improper installation, or unsecured valuables. Please store fragile or valuable items before your cleaning.

8. Liability
While we always take great care, All Thingz Clean LLC is not liable for damage arising from normal cleaning procedures or pre-existing damage. Any claims must be reported within 24 hours.

9. Use of Website
You may not copy, redistribute, or misuse any content from allthingzclean.com without written permission.

10. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will always be posted on our website.
